The board voted to recommend Roxy Benjamin and Jenna Botts as middle-school track coaches; motions were moved, seconded and carried. The board also approved Kevin Shaw as a volunteer to assist with running track events at meets.
Later in the meeting the board announced it would go into a closed session for the superintendent evaluation citing privacy concerns; the public portion resumed and no formal open-session action on the evaluation was reported.
