Commissioners noted the plat displayed different owner names on one parcel and that the surveyor's signature was missing; Mr. Gnehm said he would correct those items prior to recording with the county. Commissioner Noel Cooley said state code allows boundary adjustments to be recorded directly with the county but that the applicants sought city review to ensure the work was done correctly. Commissioner Cooley moved to approve the adjustment; Commissioner Steve Roberts seconded and the motion carried with Cooley, Davidson, Roberts and Chair Keenan Ryan voting in favor; Commissioner Troy Wakefield was absent.
The applicant intends to record the corrected plat at Cache County following the city's requested corrections. The commission's approval focused on plat accuracy and code compliance; no changes to zoning or use were recorded at the meeting.
