Commissioner David Fink moved to approve the March board minutes; Commissioner Jewel James seconded and the motion carried. The board ratified cash disbursements for March 2026 on a motion by Commissioner Fink, seconded by Commissioner James.
Commissioner Rodney Blake moved, and Commissioner David Fink seconded, to award the 2026 college scholarship of $2,500 to Thomas James IronBear (TJ); the board approved the single application unanimously. Commissioner Blake also moved to authorize up to $4,000 for swim pass purchases from the City of Great Falls (including Great Falls High School and Scheel’s Aim High Big Sky); Commissioner Jewel James seconded and the motion passed by unanimous voice approval.
The meeting adjourned at 12:43 p.m.; the board set its next regular meeting for Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
