Miller III later noted that agency and ownership information for other solar projects has required checks of corporate records and agent‑for‑service entries on the New York Department of State website; similar due diligence may be necessary for this proposal.
No public comment or formal action was taken on the submission at the meeting; the town will await the developer’s responses to staff questions.
