The tennis‑court rehabilitation is finished (nets installed) and carries a two‑year maintenance bond; the mayor and Councilwoman Puglisi noted past issues with the contractor and discussed seeking different contractors in the future.
The Molly Ann Pump Station rehabilitation remains in design and is awaiting comments from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection; planned upgrades include pump replacements, dehumidification improvements, remote controls and an exterior generator, with bidding to follow agency review. The High Mountain School playground remains open with one minor repair outstanding and a punch list before closeout; council discussed adding new equipment and a rain garden.
