The Board accepted Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning’s $18,450 quote; after applying the $14,400 grant the town anticipates an additional local cost of approximately $4,050, with final figures to be determined upon project completion.
Because the Town had budgeted an estimated $23,500 in JCAP revenue, Councilman Michael Husar moved to adopt Resolution #2026-06 to reduce both the JCAP revenue account (A3089) and the Court Grant appropriation (A1110.403) to the authorized $14,400. The resolution passed on a unanimous roll call vote. The Board said it will complete a subsequent budget modification when all final project costs are known.
