Commission members discussed changing the proposed building dimensions from 50-by-108 to 60-by-100 to better suit the applicant’s needs for equipment storage. Staff requested a copy of the survey showing the house location so the record clearly distinguishes agricultural and commercial portions of the parcel. The commission noted that because the parcel contains commercial zoning for the shop area, building permits will be processed through the county building department.
Staff and a commissioner agreed the smaller pole barn and updated site drawing would be sufficient, and the motion to approve the revised site plan (with the amendment that the applicant submit an updated drawing) passed by voice vote.
