Commissioners approved a P‑Card payment to Bank of America for $3,537.20 for April 2026 and approved a long list of purchase orders and claims across departments. Notable items in the claims list include Pro Building Consultants LLC ($82,598.40) for courthouse building work, Hampel Oil Co diesel purchases totaling $9,154.68, and numerous ODOT entries for highway services.
Each motion was moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and carried by recorded voice votes (York—aye; Barnes—aye; Fite—aye) except where abstentions are noted. The actions in the meeting record authorize staff to implement the transfers and process the approved payments; specific line‑item budget changes and grant documentation were not entered verbatim into the minutes and will be reflected in county fiscal records.
