Township Engineer Kevin Brett (LSSE) presented the Township's tentative 2026 roads and guiderail program to the Board on Feb. 17 and announced a planned bid date of March 18, 2026.
Brett provided a base‑bid list of road segments slated for resurfacing and improvements, including Logan Road (from Steubenville Pike to McNees Lane), Cliff Mine Road, Robb Hill Road, Oakdale Road and several park and school access drives. Add alternate items include Donaldson Road south lane, Heritage Drive east guiderail, and a Community Center access drive. Brett identified Robb Hill Road (from Oakdale Road to McKee Road) as a candidate for seal coating and noted playground pavilion and parking‑lot work among the listed items.
The Board moved to accept the Engineer's Report; the transcript records the bid date and the list of base and alternate items but does not include contract award decisions at this meeting. The Engineer's report in the record is dated Feb. 16, 2026; staff will return with bid results after the March 18 procurement.
