Ryan said the waivers related to items such as combining preliminary and final plan submissions, not labeling some right-of-way lines that are outside the immediate site, and minor elevation-data exemptions.
A supervisor moved to grant the waivers as stated and to grant conditional final plan approval conditioned on the developer satisfying the comments in the September 26 letter; the motion passed on roll call.
Next steps: staff will note the conditional approval in the project record and the developer must satisfy remaining engineering comments before final plan release.
