Commission grants extension for Perry Hill Estates replication work at 301 Perry Hill Road

"Everything that you basically read off is complete... 99% of the project is complete," he said. The commission reported recent site inspections showing stabilization and functioning stormwater controls and moved to grant the extension.
Next step: the applicant will finish the replication area this fall and the commission will monitor the site as part of the extended compliance period.
