The Acushnet Conservation Commission opened a continued public hearing for a stormwater permit application from AMN Estate Holdings for a six‑lot subdivision at 39 Ke Road. The applicant's representative, John Maran of Parland Corp, told the commission he had submitted revised plans and a revised review report and that the project team is preparing responses to peer‑review comments.
Maran said the filing includes roadway construction of about 702 linear feet, a cul‑de‑sac turnaround, on‑site sewage disposal and private wells; a drainage plan dated Aug. 30, 2023 and revised March 25, 2024 was noted in the record. After Maran's update the commission voted to continue the public hearing to Oct. 9 so staff and peer reviewers can complete their reviews and the applicant can file any additional materials.
Next step: applicant to provide peer review responses and revised materials by the Oct. 9 filing deadline so the commission can take up the matter again.
