Required items included professionally striped crosswalk markings, two stop signs at the driveway, two ADA parking signs at regulation mounting height, a no-parking sign near the deck, and properly specified handicap access ramps. Members also discussed propane-tank protection and suggested bollards or other physical protections if the applicant is concerned about vehicle encroachment.
