At its June 23 meeting the Livingston Township Council adopted a set of ordinances and approved a consent agenda of routine municipal resolutions.

The consent agenda (routine, noncontroversial items approved by single motion) included renewal of alcoholic beverage control licenses for 2025–2026 (Resolution 25-213); cancellation of two property tax quarters for identified lots (25-214); contract awards and change orders (25-215, 25-216); sale of surplus property (25-217); pump services contract (25-218); designation of the fire chief as administrator for the New Jersey Volunteer Tuition Credit Program (25-219); and approval of assignment, assumption and consent to transfer Peach Tree Apartments (25-221). Resolution RS25-220 was pulled and will not be voted on at this meeting.
All consent resolutions presented (except the pulled item) were approved by roll-call vote. The meeting minutes and routine business items were also approved earlier in the meeting.
