Seaford council appoints two to police chief advisory board and re-authorizes records officers

The motion to appoint both candidates carried unanimously after a brief introduction from staff and a second by Councilman Alan Quillin.
Council also approved the annual designation of records officers and authorized agents (names unchanged in the packet). Vice Mayor Dan Henderson moved that the designations remain in effect until altered; the motion passed on unanimous voice vote.
