He compared those figures to last year’s expenses and said the district had been proactive this year to avoid rush charges for diplomas.
The senior picnic following practice is planned as a field-day style cookout at the Farmers Market; Dr. Wynne asked the community for donations of typical cookout items (hamburgers, hot dogs, buns) to support the event. A board member asked that security and audio be arranged to ensure safety and audibility during events.
No formal vote was required on the update; the board discussed logistics, costs and community support options.
