Council approves up to $7,500 for 'Pops on the Prairie' fireworks

Jacobs also reported that mosquito-control chemicals have been delivered to the contractor and that aerial spraying is pending Federal Aviation Administration clearance; larvicide deliveries to the local sprayer are expected to begin shortly.
