Commissioner Scarpelli, the board’s public‑safety lead during the meeting, thanked White, explained the original rationale for overnight restrictions (safety and snow removal) and offered to meet with White and police staff to discuss options. Commissioners suggested possible interim workarounds and committed to follow up through the police department; the board did not change any ordinance or adopt a policy at the meeting.
White requested further staff engagement and said he would pursue follow‑up with the police department and town staff. The board instructed staff to take the resident’s contact information and explore whether administrative or policy changes are feasible.
