Solicitor Joe Pizzo described the land development matter, saying the houses are occupied but some items remain, chiefly dedication of public improvements and the wearing course for the cul‑de‑sac. He said the developer requested an extension to July 22, 2026 to finish outstanding work; staff and the township engineer indicated that date was reasonable given seasonal constraints.
Council discussed whether the township or the homeowners association would accept dedication of the road and related improvements; the transcript records the issue would be revisited and the extension paperwork corrected before signing. The council moved to approve the extension and voted in favor.
Earlier on the agenda the council accepted Mayor Joseph D. DiGirolamo’s nominations to the Code Appeals Board—Matthew Takita, Shawn Cannon, George Pregler and Muhammad Shafiq—and a judge present administered the oath of office. Council also approved the March 9, 2026 minutes by unanimous voice vote.
The general public comment period produced no speakers.
