Sandy presented the application and identified the requestor as Savannah Ramchick. Staff said all city departments had approved the event and that the applicant was not requesting city services aside from the required permit because the event was on private parking.
The committee moved, seconded and approved the permit by roll call. Staff noted the event application included typical conditions required for sidewalk and parking-lot activities.
