Council Member Weiss said the committee reviewed the matter and recommended approval after the school district’s engineer identified the missing parcel. Council Member Kak asked whether the easement related to new construction or corrected an earlier omission; Weiss said the district called it out and it may relate to design details.
The council moved, seconded and the clerk recorded a roll-call vote approving the ordinance. Council members present voted in favor during the passage roll call.
