Forest Park schedules FY 2026'27 budget public hearing June 1; adoption set for June 15

City Clerk Holiday told residents the mayor and council held recent retreats and announced the next Mayor and Council meeting on Monday, June 1, with the work session at 6:00 p.m. and the regular session at 7:00 p.m. The clerk said that June 1 will include the first reading and a public hearing on the FY 2026'27 operating budget; the second reading and adoption are scheduled for June 15.
Holiday also reminded residents of a June 16 runoff for Board of Commissioners District 1 and said city offices will be closed on Memorial Day.
