EBR Schools unveils refreshed data hub to public, linking KPIs and school profiles

Andrea Okonski presented a dashboard refresh intended to centralize district data around the district’s strategic plan: student achievement, operational excellence and employee development. The site includes an interactive map, school profiles (with demographic snapshots and trend lines), academic dashboards (DIBELS, LEAP, ACT), operational and facilities dashboards, and a new employee-compensation section.
Okonski said the refresh is intended to promote transparency and that data profiles and interactive dashboards will be updated on a planned cadence tied to state releases (October 1 and February 1 reporting cycles and when LEAP/school-performance data is published). She noted a technical glitch briefly took down the financial dashboard but expected it to be restored by Monday.
Board members praised the tool as a way to reduce repeated report requests and to build community trust by making school and district data readily accessible. Staff said they will continue migrating additional data in phases and encouraged the public to provide feedback through the posted site.
