Following that recommendation, a motion to terminate the contract was made and seconded; the transcript records the recorded roll-call votes as Shrout — Yes; Emmons — Yes; Murray — Yes; Chair Corey Box — Yes. The motion carried.
Trustees noted the committee had reviewed available documentation before submitting its unanimous recommendation.
