At its May 27 meeting the Fenton Community High School District 100 board approved a series of routine and governance items by roll call, including the consent agenda and a separately considered personnel report.
Key approvals recorded by roll call included: the consent agenda; the personnel report; authorization to use 2026 anticipated summer curriculum hours and summer workshop hours; extended employment requests for summer 2026; approval of consumable materials and textbook replenishments for 2026–27; appointment of the school treasurer and approval of the treasurer bond (scholarship bond); and two intergovernmental agreements — one with District 2 on student-record transfers and another with Wooddale concerning police services/SRO updates to reflect recent legal changes.
During the meeting trustees also asked for additional routine items for future agendas: a regular academic-performance update (ACT/MAP) and discussion of appointing a parliamentarian and whether personnel-report items should be separated from the consent agenda for individual votes.
The board moved into closed session under Illinois statutes for personnel, collective bargaining, student-discipline and litigation matters and later returned to open session and adjourned.
