The committee approved a 35 mph speed limit on 403rd (Day Pro Road) from Highway 14 to 9th Street and said city staff (Troy was named) will install permanent end‑of‑road signs at 26th and 22nd Street NE to replace temporary signage. Commissioners said the timing on the 21st Street school‑zone flashing lights was adjusted to better match school start and dismissal times. The committee also continues to review traffic flow and crosswalk safety at the four‑way stop at 18th and Arizona.
Harvey framed the update as informational; no additional commission action was required at this meeting. Commissioners and staff urged motorists to slow down in school zones and near the locations named.
