Allendale Planning Commission approves agenda and minutes and retains current officers

The Allendale Charter Township Planning Commission opened its January 5, 2026 meeting by unanimously approving the meeting agenda and the minutes of its Dec. 15, 2025 meeting.
A motion by Planning Commissioner Mark Adams to approve the agenda passed 7-0. A separate motion by Ray Nadda to approve the Dec. 15 minutes also passed 7-0.
On officer elections, Planning Commissioner Rick Westerling moved to retain the current officers; Joe Jacquot seconded the motion and the commission approved it 7-0.
Under township board reports, the commission recorded 2025 budget amendments; the transcript does not record further discussion or action on the amendments. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for January 19, 2026.
