- Selection of Patrick Quinn & Associates to perform a planning and survey study for the Ansonia Opera House following an earlier feasibility study; renderings and a public presentation were promised for early fall.
Officials said the grants are largely reimbursable and that some work will begin only when short-term financing or grant-anticipation notes are in place. The board recorded each motion and approved them in sequence during the meeting; staff will return with implementation schedules and procurement steps.
