Matt Wyatt, director of planning and development, said the board had approved a preliminary plat May 12 and that a public hearing held for the final plat produced no public comment. Supervisor Jorgenson moved to approve and Supervisor Miller seconded; a roll-call vote recorded ayes from the chair and all supervisors present.
The board did not attach special conditions in the hearing. The approval clears the final administrative step for the minor subdivision, which the presenter said is related to estate planning and is located on Old Indian Highway just north of Council Bluffs.
