Smithtown board adopts building title change, approves contracts and sets June public hearings

The meeting concluded with announcements of three public hearings to be held June 10 at 2 p.m. in the Victor Tless Boardroom on proposed local law 8-2025 (commercial vehicle weight limits and truck exclusions), proposed amendments to chapter 233 (shellfish/shellfishing), and proposed local law 9-2025 (fire prevention related to wood-burning stoves).
