Miss Warell told commissioners she enjoyed shopping and playing bingo for the third consecutive year. Commissioners and staff thanked participating businesses and said the program met its goal of encouraging local spending during the holiday season.
The city encouraged residents to continue shopping locally and to contact communications staff for details about future promotions and prize pickup.
