Facilities chair Mr. Lay read both recommendations and the board voted to approve each measure. The ambulance transfer passed contingent on the terms of the memorandum of understanding with Bradley County EMS. On the Yates gym project, administrators said painting funds scheduled for Yates are in good condition and that reallocating the scheduled painting funds will allow timely replacement of the gym surface.
Ms. Wheeler called the roll for both votes; Carolyn Ingram, Andy Lay, Peggy Pesterfield, Jody Riggins, Nate Tucker, Renee Diamond and Matt Coleman each voted yes.
Administrators said the capital‑plan amendment is a scheduling and reallocation decision inside the district’s existing capital program; they did not provide a final dollar figure in the presentation at the meeting.
