Council unanimously certifies Midville Fashion Place West station‑area plan

Adam Olsson, Midville community development director, said the city is revising codes to allow greater heights and densities, reduce parking requirements and add incentives to encourage redevelopment consistent with the plan.
Chair moved to certify the Midville Fashion Place West station‑area plan; the motion was seconded and approved unanimously. "That is unanimous. Thank you," the chair said after the vote.
