The Hartsville Trasto County Planning Commission approved a site plan for a quadriplex at 603 East Main submitted by Redline Construction LLC.
Applicant representative Mr. Barnes described the project as a four‑unit building similar to others along East Main and said recent engineering revisions had been made following staff review. "It's just a quadriplex surrounded by other quadriplexes across the street and back behind ..." Barnes said while introducing the plan.
Planning staff reviewed the submission against the Hartsville Charlesdale zoning ordinance (March 2026) and found it met minimum standards for site layout, grading, utilities and erosion control; staff recommended approval. A motion to approve the site plan was seconded by Commissioner Mitch Gregory and the commission voted to approve the application.
The commission did not attach additional conditions beyond the standard permitting and recording steps noted by staff.
