Staff paused those campus uses and sought board approval before continuing. Mr. Pillser told the board controllers’‑office paperwork was complete for the platforms and the board’s formal update would regularize existing practice.
A board member asked whether the platforms had been vetted with auditors; staff said they had consulted auditors and paused local use until board action. The board approved the policy revision by voice vote.
The revised policy will allow the district to resume use of the named platforms for approved activities once administrative controls are confirmed.
