A second MOU changes custodial overtime scheduling from a strict seniority‑first system to a rotating assignment so that overtime opportunities circulate through the staff rather than always going to the most senior employee.
Board members described negotiation and mediation sessions with union representatives as collaborative. A motion to ratify the contract and approve the MOUs passed by voice vote; members noted this completed the district's open contracts for the year.
