The Sault Ste. Marie City Commission unanimously approved a private use agreement Aug. 19 permitting a property owner to use a portion of right-of-way for a driveway entrance off 25th Street. City Manager Chapman introduced the request and said the application attachments were included in the agenda packet.
Commissioner Marble moved to approve the private use agreement as presented; the motion was supported and passed by voice vote with no recorded objections. City staff in attendance included an engineer referenced from the audience; no public objections were recorded during the meeting.
