"A lot of that was just normal billing, bills for the month," Mr. Wilkins said, listing larger disbursements that included $46,600 to Ken Garff for a new truck for community development, a $120,504 pass-through for U-Bag Lucky Acres, and a $24,086 Grasshopper lawnmower purchased for the county cemetery.
He also identified larger service and equipment payments on the April 9 run, including $385,909 for an Atmax power weed machine used to mow ditch banks and $121,808 to Melta Technologies for landfill fencing.
An unnamed commissioner moved to approve the warrants as presented; the board called for a vote and responses were recorded as "I." The motion carried as recorded.
The warrants record contains multiple routine and capital expenditures; no additional discussion of the purchases was recorded during the meeting.
