Board approves rule amendments and $1M+ contracts; capital transfers authorized

- Capital transfers: The board approved three capital authority transfer requests—(1) moving funds from the data-center capital budget to acquisition of information-resource technologies; (2) returning a capital appropriation to an agency regular appropriation (strategy C.1.1) after concluding funding would not be used for a new application; and (3) transferring remaining FY24–25 capital funding to agency base appropriations to provide additional capital authority for FY26–27. The board authorized submission of these transfer requests to the Legislative Budget Board and the Governor's Office.
