City staff and the planning board advised the commission that the request had been considered previously and that the parcel’s local context supports residential redevelopment.
No public comments were recorded on the item during the meeting. The commission’s approval permits the property owner or developer to seek building permits and proceed with the construction of three homes consistent with R1C standards.
