The board instructed Vandenberg to provide proofs of insurance to the county auditor’s office; the board said it will review the documentation at its May 11, 2026 meeting with the intention of signing the Operation and Lease Agreement at that same meeting if insurance requirements are met.
The decision follows the public opening and review of sealed bids during the board’s regular session. No public comment or alternate award conditions were recorded in the proceedings.
