County approves recycling grant, colonia infrastructure amendments and $1.084M bid award for Majestic View roads

For the Majestic View Colonias roadway and drainage phase-2, staff reported three bid packages opened on April 23 and recommended awarding all three low bid lots to Deming Excavation at a combined low bid of $1.084 million (including local taxes), which was within the engineer's estimate. The commission approved the recommendation by roll call.
