In administration business, Cindy Barley moved to appoint Erick Sowers as zoning officer effective Aug. 11; Evan Heister seconded. The minutes record the motion carried with all in favor except Mr. Holloway. Council approved installation of three new cameras with associated costs totaling $4,302 and a listed monthly fee of $5 per camera; Ms. Barley moved and Mr. Holloway seconded that measure, and the motion carried.
