Planning commission tables three preliminary plans after applicants fail to appear

The Forks Township Planning Commission on April 9 tabled three preliminary applications after no applicants or representatives appeared.
Ian Heck moved to table Country Meadows of Forks (Phases 2 and 3, 175 Newlins Mill Road); Tim Danahey seconded and the motion carried 4‑0‑0. Heck made similar motions to table the Park Plaza Infill (1800 Sullivan Trail) and Route 12 Wash & Gas (2212 Sullivan Trail); the motions were seconded (Park Plaza by Tim Danahey; Route 12 by Matthew Menkowski) and each motion carried 4‑0‑0.
The items will remain on the Commission’s agenda until applicants appear to present their plans.
