The Cicero Planning Board on an administrative motion set a public hearing for a proposed three‑lot subdivision at 9280 Bartal Road, to be heard at the board's regular meeting on Aug. 20, 2025.
Chair opened the item and described the proposal as "a 3 lot subdivision, and the applicant is Timothy Bragg," noting the applicant was not present to make a presentation. Planning board member Neil moved to adopt a draft resolution to set a public hearing for the minor subdivision (preliminary and final plan) for the property; Neil said the hearing "shall commence at 06:30PM or soon thereafter" at the Aug. 20 meeting. The motion was seconded and the board recorded affirmative responses for Jim, Chuck, Mary, Zach and the Chair, after which the Chair said the public hearing had been set.
The item required no immediate decision on the subdivision application; the public hearing will allow neighbors and the applicant to present testimony and materials before the board takes any substantive action. The board noted this matter is limited to setting the hearing date and did not conduct a site‑plan or zoning review at this meeting.
The board's next step is the public hearing on Aug. 20, when the applicant or their representative is expected to present the full subdivision plan and the board will accept public comment and consider any motions for approval, denial or conditions.
