The board approved the minutes of the Feb. 9, 2016 meeting after a motion by Glenda Sullivan and a second from Shawn Redington; the motion carried. The board voted to allow payment of bills for February 2016 following a motion from David Banner and a second from Frank Easterday; the motion carried. During review of budget reports, Frank Easterday moved to approve the February 2016 budgets as presented; Glenda Sullivan seconded and the motion carried.
The meeting concluded when David Banner moved to adjourn, seconded by Shawn Redington; the motion carried and the meeting was adjourned. The board scheduled its next meetings for April 12, 2016 and May 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
