Case B-26-03 (B278358, Hillian) requested a special exception to permit an accessory dwelling unit larger than 1,000 square feet at 5103 Valley Pine Court. There were no public comments; Vice Chair Jack Felton moved to approve and Member John Greenwell seconded. The motion passed 5-0-0.
Case B-26-04 (B278496, Trice) requested a variance to the required rear yard building restriction line for a single-family residence at 3235 Jefferson Pike. There were no public comments; Vice Chair Jack Felton moved to approve and Member John Greenwell seconded. The motion passed 5-0-0.
Case B-26-05 (B278412, Sterm) requested a variance to reconstruct a nonconforming single-family residence at 15336 Sabillasville Road because of required setback nonconformities. There were no public comments; Member Andrew Brown moved to approve and Member John Greenwell seconded. The motion passed 5-0-0.
