Authority Manager James Stevens raised that current tapping and sewer connection charges are not keeping pace with actual installation costs and that several completed projects might be eligible to be included in conveyance and treatment cost calculations for new sewer connections. The board directed staff to prepare an estimate of the cost to undertake a connection- and tapping-fee review and to present that estimate at the next meeting.
