The Downtown Development Authority on Jan. 19 approved its Nov. 17, 2020 meeting minutes and voted to maintain the officers elected for 2020, keeping Bob Chapin as chair and Adam Elenbaas as vice-chair.
The approval of the minutes came on a motion by Rence Meredith with support from Tom Zuniga; the motion was recorded as approved. Later, Adam Elenbaas moved to retain the board officers elected in 2020; Rence Meredith seconded the motion and the motion carried.
The board announced the officer slate as Chair Bob Chapin, Vice-chair Adam Elenbaas, Treasurer David VanderWall and Secretary Steve Spriensma. The actions were recorded without roll-call tallies in the meeting minutes.
The DDA scheduled its next regular meeting for March 16, 2021 at 7:30 a.m.
