Council schedules closed session on labor talks, property negotiations on National City Boulevard and anticipated litigation

The mayor then closed the public portion and the council entered closed session. The city attorney said the council would report out of closed session at the end of the meeting; no public details of the closed-session deliberations were released in the transcript.
